The two fast food pads on the left of the main driveway are 6400 sq. ft. combined, or 3200 sq. ft. respectively. The fast food structure opposite the 5600 sq. ft. retail pad is slightly smaller than the other two dining venues with 2900 sq. ft. There are 36 parking stalls between the either two buildings in the middle, with additional parking lining the property line, totaling over a hundred parking spaces. Development plans have already been submitted to the city and is set to break ground in the upcoming weeks.
