Arco was looking for a developer who could redesign a traditional Arco planogram to allow a more open, inviting aesthetic that also kept enough distance between the pumps to accommodate larger vehicles while also maximizing the the same area of space for profitability.
Located just off the 198 freeway after the 5 freeway junction, this particular Arco receives high-density traffic from locals as well as cross-state commuters. The architect configured eight dual-sided gas pumps with four of those pumps capable of fueling diesel; a high canopy above invites higher-clearance vehicles or those transporting high-cubes into the fueling zone.
Arco’s AM/PM convenient store is spacious enough to allow a diverse presentation of merchandise without compromising profits by novelty. Vibrant earth tones compliment the AM/PM, which sits poised against a desert backdrop. This property is also equipped with multiple front-entrance parking spaces to allow customers who need the convenience store and not the gas pumps; the building is close-walled on three sides, with the fourth side featuring large glass panes and a full, glass-pane entrance to appear inviting to customers.
