The history of Westgate Construction & Development, Inc. spans more than a decade. We share similar philosophies, core values, a belief in teamwork, and principal involvement in every project. Westgate Construction & Development, Inc. has developed a collaborative working relationship in delivering numerous projects for our clients. This collaboration provides for seamless integration of complementary skills and expertise that we bring to our client’s projects.

CONTROLLING PROJECT SCHEDULE

Day-to-day operating procedures are based on traditional methods of management, communications, observation, reporting, and overview which are common in consulting, design and construction. We utilize Microsoft© and Buildertrend scheduling software and document management/project control software tools shared by all team members and maintain diligence with site presence. We participate in regular meetings and daily communications regarding all scheduled activities so that any tentative slippage is flagged immediately, and actions are taken to keep the project on track.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control begins with an understanding of the expectations and commitment by the project team to meet or exceed these expectations. We communicate the quality expectations to all project participants and define their roles with regards to quality. Prompt communication is critical not only when issues and questions arise but with all project activities. Diligence by all team members to maintain their focus on quality, communication and resolving issues as they arise. Principal Involvement in the daily management of the project sets us apart and is a key component to our quality control approach.

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

Omni Development Group is a service-oriented company that takes pride in our reputation for completing projects on schedule and within budget.
